Our registered therapists are all graduated with a Master's degree in Psychology and our clinical practicum students have all completed their master's coursework. Individuals, couples and families find our therapists warm, approachable and empathic. By working with us, our clients had reduced anxiety, depression, stress; found confidence with higher self-respect and self-esteem. They also lost weight, dealt with their eating disorders, managed their challenges and resolved relationship issues. Youth and young adults find them good at listening, trustworthy and good at guiding them through their life journey. They are also an expert in couple's and family relationships. You will find them extra helpful if you speak Farsi or Hindi in addition to English. The social workers are regulated by the college of social workers. As a result, their services are mostly covered by extended health insurance and support direct billing.
